César holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School and a degree in economics from Universidad del Pacífico. He has more than 20 years of experience in the development and management of infrastructure projects. Formerly General Manager at Petroperú (PER), ING Fondos de Perú (PER) and Trafigura (COL).

Juan Carlos has a degree in economics from Universidad de Lima and a Master’s in Finance from Universidad del Pacífico. He has more than 18 years of relevant experience in structuring and financing infrastructure projects in positions such as Head of Planning, Management and Risks of Petroperú (PER), Administration and Finance Manager of Concesionaria Chamimochic (PER) and Financial Structuring Manager of Rutas de Lima (PER).

Accountant and Business Administrator from Universidad del Pacífico. Has more than four years of experience in the structuring and evaluation of infrastructure projects, structured credit solutions, and financial consulting within the banking sector

Economist from Universidad de Lima, with experience in consulting, banking, and the structuring and management of projects.

Finance professional from Boston College, with experience in project structuring and management, investment analysis, and wealth management.
