Our History
2015
Unión para la Infraestructura was created in Colombia to carry out investments in the 4G concession program promoted by the National Infrastructure Agency, together with Sumatoria Asset Management. The 4G PEF | Credicorp Capital – SURA AM private equity fund and its first compartment, Infrastructure I Private Debt, was created with an initial closing of COP $1.26 trillion for the debt strategy.
2016
Start of operations of the first compartment of the 4G PEF | Credicorp Capital – SURA AM, called Infrastructure I Private Debt. Increase in investment commitments from COP $1.26 trillion to COP $1.39 trillion. Closing of financing for two 4G concession projects.
2017
Creation of the second 4G PEF | Credicorp Capital – SURA AM compartment with the Liquidity I liquidity facility product. Closing of financing for a 4G concession project.
2018
Closing of financing for two 4G concession projects. End of the investment stage of the first 4G PEF | Credicorp Capital – SURA AM compartment, with 99.9% of the funds placed. Consolidation of the alliance between Credicorp Capital and SURA Investment Management with the creation of the equity strategy.
2019
Launch of the equity strategy through the creation of the Peru Highway Fund and the SURA AM & Credicorp Infrastructure Fund for more than USD 97 million in investment commitments.
2020
Start of the fundraising process for the second debt strategy compartment fund. In addition, 100% of the Peru Highway Fund and 22% of the SURA AM & Credicorp Infrastructure Fund of the equity strategy were invested.

In 2015, we started operating in Colombia by providing debt financing for road infrastructure projects under the 4G concession program promoted by the National Infrastructure Agency.
In 2019, we reaffirmed our alliance by creating an equity strategy based on the launch of the Peru Highway Fund and the Latam Infrastructure Fund.
