Mario has a degree in economics from Universidad de los Andes. He was Financial and Administrative Vice President of the Odinsa Group, Manager of Opain and Manager of the Bogotá Girardot Highway Concession.

María has a law degree from Universidad de la Sabana and a Master of Laws in Corporate Law and Finance from Widener University School of Law. She has more than 16 years of experience in legal consulting on financing and mergers and acquisitions. She has served as a senior associate at Brigard & Urrutia, International Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in New York and In-House Associate at Secondment for Itaú BBA Colombia S.A. Corporación Financiera. She was admitted to practice law in the State of New York, USA.

Cristina holds a degree in industrial engineering from Universidad de los Andes. She has over seven years of experience in the financial and stock market sector. She worked at Credicorp Capital in the area of private equity funds, analyzing and structuring different investment projects, and as senior analyst at the Chairman’s Office, supporting the definition, implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives for the company.

María has a degree in economics from Universidad de los Andes and an Executive MBA from INALDE. She has over 17 years of experience in the investment banking sector, particularly in mergers, acquisitions and project financing activities. She was an analyst at JPMorgan Chase, associate at Palmfund Management LLC, partner at Sintropía and director of corporate finance for Credicorp Capital Colombia.

Adriana has a degree in civil engineering and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She has more than 25 years of experience in the infrastructure sector through her involvement in a well-known construction company in the country, as the person responsible for the company’s operations, including the technical, comptrollership and financial areas. In this role, she has been involved in the management and control of several highway and airport concessions for different generations, with the participation of domestic and international partners.

Mariana is an attorney-at-law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, majoring in Business Law. She completed her internship at the Colombian Stock Exchange and has worked in the financial sector. She has been part of the Professional Manager’s team since May 2021.
